NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an IT Operations Support Engineer to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $25-$28 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; education and experience in IT or related fields preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles
- Ability to provide physical support at meetings, events, or office locations as needed
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCP are preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Respond to and resolve service tickets promptly, documenting issues and solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware
- Assist with setup and deployment of new computer equipment
- Support basic network troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and software licenses
- Follow procedures to escalate unresolved issues
- Deliver excellent customer service and support end-users effectively
