NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Integrated Architect to join our client’s team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $119,000 – $159,500 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of focused cybersecurity experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Background in a cybersecurity department with full-time cybersecurity responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Consult with internal stakeholders to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide expert guidance
• Lead meetings, perform architectural reviews, and drive security initiatives independently
• Advise engineering teams on cybersecurity architecture, standards, and best practices
• Support the adoption of cybersecurity guidelines within engineering processes
• Assist with threat modeling to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend security enhancements and implement controls
• Participate in security incident response and analyze current architecture weaknesses
• Educate teams on cybersecurity standards such as Zero Trust, encryption, access controls, and cloud security protocols
