NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

SALARY: $60-65K + bonus (depending on experience)


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; mobile technology; familiarity with learning management systems, databases, audiovisual equipment (soundboards, projectors, etc.). Expertise in Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captive preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years leadership experience. 
  • A minimum of five (5) years development experience at the corporate level.
  • Adult Learning experience


  • Serves as a point of contact for our business partners in regards to L&D and training. Ensures all learning has a consistent message and branding.
  • Develop, implement, and conduct trainings, documents, and other program materials that enhance individual and organizational performance.
  • Supervise organization-wide change initiatives such as the development of new programs and projects; conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps, learning gaps and other barriers to attaining organizational goals; conduct focus groups and facilitate process improvement enhancements utilizing action planning.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate learning/career paths with appropriate training and other activities tied to each category/level in the organization.
  • Determine ROI measurements of programs/software via data analysis and staff interviews; provide suggestions as necessary.
  • Partner with IT to evaluate effectiveness of eLearning/technology solutions, including content and learning management systems.
  • Research and maintain awareness of current business trends and practices in training and development.
