NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Logistic Sales Representative to join our client’s team. This is a fully remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $60-75k (depending on experience)
- 2+ years of customer sales experience at a freight brokerage or asset based trucking company
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation services – specifically open deck/flatbed and/or heavy haul shipping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic CRM software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and retain business
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient delivery of services
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals and sales contracts to customers
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in CRM
