NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Logistics Business Development Representative to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This is an Remote, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $40,000 – $55,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 6 months to 2 years of new business transportation or logistics sales experience
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Ability to run Zoom meetings using MS Office tools
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect and generate new business to grow the customer base
• Conduct cold calls, networking, referrals, and social media outreach
• Engage prospects via inside sales techniques to generate leads
• Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings to secure new business
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular contact and follow-up
• Communicate customer feedback and issues to management
• Meet or surpass targets for prospecting calls, proposals, and closing deals
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue
• Track and report sales activity daily, weekly, and monthly
