NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Logistics Sales Representative – Open Deck/Heavy Haul to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position in Tampa, FL.
SALARY: $45-$60K + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of customer support or sales experience in a freight brokerage or asset-based trucking company is a must have.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic CRM software
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and retain business
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient delivery of services
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals and sales contracts to customers
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in CRM
