NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Marketing Director to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $90-100K+Bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on marketing management experience
- Strong working knowledge in creation of marketing campaigns from strategy and design through execution and post program analysis
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership experience with a marketing team
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations based on analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Must understand lead generation, lead conversion and lead nurturing as a business practice
- B.A. in marketing, business or communications is preferred
