NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Marketing Leader to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $185-$200K +bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors, with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
