NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Multifamily Project Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a direct hire position with remote flexibility. Candidate must sit in the Tampa Bay area.
SALARY: $110-135K + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years ground-up, multifamily project management experience
- Experience working with multifamily projects ranging from 125 units up to 400 units (wood frame, garden style 3-4 stories, podium with a wrap)
- RFIs, submittals, plan management using Autodesk and MS Excel
- Good experience with budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, managing client relationships
