NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team in Maitland, Florida. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in operations coordination, sales support, or project administration
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (formulas, formatting, data organization)
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or other project-tracking tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and format client proposals using Excel and Smartsheet, maintaining professional branding
• Support CRM implementation, management, and updates
• Coordinate communication between engineering, sales, and operations teams to streamline workflows
• Assist leadership with meeting preparations, follow-ups, and internal communications
• Maintain document standards and ensure customer-facing materials reflect a professional image
• Help manage internal operations, including organizing events, tracking KPIs, and updating project data
• Contribute to process improvements by refining templates, reports, and workflows
