SALARY: $55-60K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional customer service
- Proven communication
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies
- Organization and record keeping
- Basic math
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determining current staffing needs
- Develop new talent acquisition strategies
- Conduct the recruitment process
- Maintain partnerships with existing customers
- Create partnerships with new customers
- Keep track of employee placements
- Create invoices for customer payments
- Assisting eligible employees with Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) forms
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees regarding their performance
