NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $80,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience leading multi-site or regional operations teams
• Strong understanding of distribution, fulfillment, or logistics processes
• Proven ability to analyze data, KPIs, and margins to improve performance
• Experience with ERP systems and process optimization
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple business units to ensure efficiency and alignment
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and drive long-term growth strategies
• Lead warehouse, fulfillment, and delivery teams while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Manage and report on operational KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
• Implement workflow improvements and continuous process enhancements
• Develop and coach managers and team members to build high-performing teams
• Coordinate vendor and contractor relationships to control quality and costs
• Support sales and customer service teams with operational analytics and reporting
• Lead special projects such as system upgrades, process improvements, and acquisitions
