NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a on-site, direct hire position.
SALARY: $90-120k (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital channels
• Experience managing an 8-figure media budget
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, dashboards, and attribution models
• Proven ability to develop and execute media strategies across search, social, programmatic, and OTT platforms
• Leadership skills with experience managing or building a team
• Familiarity with ad tech tools, marketing automation, and performance tracking
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Bonus: experience with traditional media channels (TV, radio, print)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and own the paid media strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation, KPIs, and optimization plans
• Manage and optimize campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, programmatic, and CTV/OTT
• Oversee media buying, ad trafficking, and creative asset coordination
• Establish performance dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and cost per lead/acquisition
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to improve data tracking and marketing insights
• Manage and mentor a team including a Coordinator and Designer(s), ensuring deliverables and process adherence
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid media with field efforts and local market activities
• Build and refine media processes, SOPs, and workflows for scaling and growth
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and regulatory changes to inform strategy
