NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $27-$38 hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree with seven to ten years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of electronic filing through CM/ECF filing system in all bankruptcy courts.
- Familiarity with fundamental basic bankruptcy concepts and court pleadings,
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
