NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Partner Account Manager-Employee Communications to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $130,000 – $150,000k + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years of sales, channel sales, or business development experience.
• Experience working within the real-estate ecosystem is preferred.
• Familiarity with workplace technology, systems, and tools for corporate communications and HR.
• Strong lead generation and revenue development skills.
• Ability to build and expand business relationships through multiple channels.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define and grow a global channel focused on consulting and communication firms
• Develop and execute strategies to position the company as a leader in workplace experience solutions
• Build rapport and credibility with strategic partners to create co-sell opportunities
• Educate partners and internal teams about products, services, and enablement tools
• Conduct sales and technical presentations to partners, solution architects, and internal teams
• Identify and develop co-investment opportunities such as events and campaigns
• Maintain regular updates on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activities
• Design campaigns to differentiate the company from competitors and maintain market leadership
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to strengthen partner relationships
