NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s team. This is a remote contract position.
SALARY: $66 – $72hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of previous Project Manager experience.
- PMP Certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Project coordination or PMO experience.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Project or similar PM software.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint skills.
- Ability to create executive-level presentations quickly and accurately.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience supporting multi-site projects.
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects.
- Willingness to work beyond standard business hours when needed.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead major cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and timelines
- Maintain and update project trackers, deployment plans, and risk logs
- Oversee schedules across stations, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare and present executive-level project updates and reports
- Track action items, decisions, risks, and follow-ups
- Proactively identify and escalate project risks and issues
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-ups
- Coordinate vendor deliverables and ensure vendor timelines are met
- Ensure internal teams adhere to project milestones and provide feedback
- Manage multiple projects remotely, supporting up to approximately 20% travel
