NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Project Engineer, Landscape Construction to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $60-$70K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years as PE with GC
- Four year degree
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore)
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, & detail oriented
- Experience with any of the following: concrete & pavers, hardscapes / pools/ water features, landscape & irrigation (site & dirt)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supper PMs & Supers – reports, documents, scheudling, changes, etc.
- Understand the scope of work at a granular level, e.g., where specific details, specifications or shop drawings may be located.
- Updates and generates two- and three-week outlooks with the Project Superintendent.
- Create and maintain accurate submittal log in company prescribed format. Supervise the management of material tracking (procurement)
- Reports as needed & manage subcontractor changes, monthly billings and all required submittals, samples and shop drawings.
