NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s team in New York, NY. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $120,000–$130,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of project or delivery management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, including participating in or leading ceremonies
• Experience using Jira or similar tools for tracking work, dependencies, and delivery status
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Exposure to compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST CSF, or willingness to learn audit-ready practices
• Experience supporting releases, managing risks/dependencies, and coordinating across teams
• Ability to work effectively with distributed engineering teams and external partners
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the creation and maintenance of delivery plans, milestones, and release timelines
• Define project scope and escalate risks or trade-offs as priorities change
• Assist in planning work based on team capacity and known dependencies
• Track progress, identify risks/blockers, and escalate with context and options
• Run or support Agile ceremonies with Product and Engineering teams
• Coordinate delivery activities across Design, Engineering, QA/UAT, and Release phases
• Support release readiness activities, rollout planning, and communication of milestones
• Maintain delivery documentation in an audit-ready state
• Coordinate with external vendors and onboard new contributors as needed
• Apply delivery best practices to improve predictability and efficiency
