NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Project Manager – Pricing, Law Firm Experience to join our client’s team in Miami, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100-$150K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years professional experience in a law firm
- Must have experience in pricing analytics including proven experience are creating from scratch different profitability models for pricing for the firms attorneys
- Strong analytical mind, able to come in and assess current landscape and start building multiple different pricing model options
- Comfortable meeting in-person with internal attorneys to discuss pricing/profitability models
- Bachelor’s degree
- Able to travel- travel will be to different offices in Florida and will be once a month for the first 3-6 months then should move to quarterly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build cost predictability and alternative fee arrangement models
- Work with internal attorneys to explain and offer different pricing modules for clients
- Assess current landscape and help build out strategic roadmap for future team growth identifying skill sets needed to onboard
- Create dashboard and reports on different pricing options
