NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Promotional Marketing Consultant to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $60-$65K + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in promotional products, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong client-first mentality, with a humble and approachable demeanor that builds trust and long-term relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with the promotional products industry is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining personal accountability for individual results.
- Proficient with CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively prospect, generate leads, and build relationships with corporate clients, understanding their promotional needs and developing custom solutions.
- Account Management: Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with clients to understand their branding and promotional goals, offering tailored product recommendations that meet their needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals by leveraging industry knowledge and customer insights.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase product options, pricing, and promotional strategies to key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and innovations in the promotional products industry to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure all orders meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Oversee the order process, including quoting, invoicing, and follow-up, ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your client base and stay informed on the latest industry trends.
