NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position. Candidates must be local to the Orlando area.

SALARY: $160-$180K+ bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the EV, automotive, transportation, or related industries. Proven success in selling into large-scale venues such as arenas, convention centers, and theme parks is a must.
  • Established network of contacts within the hospitality, entertainment, and venue management industries, particularly with purchasing departments of convention centers, arenas, tourism hubs, and theme parks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote and sell EVs to large-scale venues such as arenas, convention centers, theme parks, and tourist destinations within the designated region.
  • Identify, target, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in purchasing departments of convention centers, tourism hubs, and entertainment venues.
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, industry events, cold-calling, and partnerships. Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our EVs for large-scale operations. Tailor proposals to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the EV and transportation sectors. Provide strategic insights to help shape the product offering and sales approach.
  • Build strong partnerships with key players in the hospitality, tourism, entertainment, and transportation industries to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients. Close deals and ensure smooth handover and onboarding for new clients.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics. Report regularly to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
