NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Sales Director to join our client’s team. This is a fully remote, direct hire position.

SALARY: $150-175k (depending on experience)


  • Minimum 10 years of Sales experience.
  • 7+ years of recent experience selling professional services in the non public sector. Must understand the lifecycle.
  • Must have experience selling digital solutions.
  • Must be a hunter carrying a quota. Quota will be $500-750K first year. Will work up to $1M and grow from there.
  • Must have a consultative selling approach and understand how custom solutions are built.
  • Exposure to the Financial Services and/or Insurance industry.
  • Stability in previous job history is required.


  • Responsible for new customer acquisition and prospecting new opportunities within the following industries: Finance, Insurance, Socia, BioTech, and Non-Profit. 
  • Experienced sales and business development professional with contacts/relationships across the industries listed above
  • Understanding of the path to success for Digital opportunities and experience in navigating the approval and contract process
  • Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure timeline, quality and client KPI are achieved
  • Partner with client and all internal stakeholders from project proposal to project deployment stage and bring client perspective to the solution selection to ensure client requirements are met
  • Drive thought leadership in digital transformation space and provide mentorship to multiple product managers
  • Participate in workshops, presentation, and executive meetings at client organization to shape their thinking around a digital service and uncover opportunities
  • Partner with the SDRs and Marketing team to acquire and grow new accounts and opportunities through proactive client outreach
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers at all levels within organizations
  • Collaborate cross functionally and build strong relationships with internal groups to gain support in meeting customers' needs
  • Actively engage in activities to drive qualified pipeline creation and coverage ratio
  • Develop proposals and position solution sets to all stakeholders of the business
  • Accurately create and maintain sales pipeline forecasting, prospecting reports, and customer data in Salesforce.com.
