NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Sales Manager – Financial Products/Reg Tech to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $85-100K + bonus (depending on experience)
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in financial sales, with a focus on RegTech and fraud prevention solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial industry, regulatory requirements, and fraud detection methods.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Applicant must be able to obtain a US security clearance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and business plan focused on RegTech and fraud prevention solutions.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key competitors to inform the strategy.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Set clear sales targets and ensure the team is aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our RegTech and fraud prevention products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the financial sector.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Continuously assess market conditions, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Provide input to product development based on market insights.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Promote a culture of compliance within the sales team.
