NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Salesforce Data Engineer to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire position.
SALARY: $75.00 – $85.00hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance industry experience (Financial Services strongly preferred).
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Engineering experience within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments and implementations.
- Strong experience building, managing, and optimizing Salesforce data pipelines, integrations, data models, object relationships, data structures, and large-scale data processes.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce data reconciliation, migration, cleansing, consolidation, and data integrity initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, governance, and best practices, with experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware platforms.
- CERTIFICATIONS: Salesforce Certified Administrator required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze existing Salesforce data structures, relationships, and business processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Design and optimize scalable data models, object relationships, and user entity structures
• Lead data reconciliation, cleansing, consolidation, and governance efforts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define current and future business requirements
• Support integration and migration activities involving Salesforce and external systems
• Identify and address data quality gaps, developing remediation strategies
• Establish best practices for data architecture, security, and platform scalability
• Work with technical teams on implementation planning and execution
