NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.

SALARY: $120-130K (depending on experience)


  • Certified Platform Developer I – required
  • Certified Salesforce Admin – required
  • Sales & Service Cloud experience – required
  • APEX
  • Salesforce Scheduler – Big plus. It is getting implemented by their outside partners and if this person knows it already it will be advantageous. 
  • Copado – bonus. They are implementing it now and training people up. 
  • Sdrive –Document Management Solution for Salesforce


  • Develop architectural and design specifications for Salesforce applications with implementation consulting partners and key stakeholders to develop an understanding of the need
  • Configure and implement best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Resolve Salesforce development issues and escalate any issue to IT management
  • Coach and train newly hired and less senior Developers; validate needed skill sets for assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to complete key deliverables in project plans
  • Perform unit and systems testing and document test results
  • Support system level testing to understand platform limitations
  • Deploy code in accordance with release and change management strategies
  • Audit, identify, and resolve data integrity issues using tools such as duplication management and Data Loader
  • Code complex Visualforce pages and APEX classes
  • Proactively identify risks and provide solutions to issues that affect Salesforce performance
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to validate requirements and considerations
  • Perform code reviews with less experience Developers and offer feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Prepare complex business workflows and requirements documentation such as features, user stories, use cases, and wireframes using Lucid Chart, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Design and develop interfaces, APIs, and integrations from Salesforce to external systems including but not limited to: DocuSign E-Signature and CLM, Ring Central, Sage Intacct Accounting, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Manage application defects with Zephyr Scale
  • Analyze team metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and enhance data integrity through effective design and security
  • Integrate apps obtained from the Salesforce AppExchange
