NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an SDET to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $50-$55/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Junit, NUnit).
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and automated service testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and source control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with software developers to identify test requirements and design test strategies.
- Build and enhance test frameworks and tools to improve automation coverage and efficiency.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and early defect detection.
- Execute and analyze automated test results, track defects, and report quality metrics.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.
- Provide guidance on best practices for testing and automation.
- Continuously improve the QA process through innovation and adoption of new tools/techniques.
