NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Workforce Identity Engineer to join our client’s team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an On-site, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: Up to $132,000 + 10% bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow development and integration
- Strong coding skills in Java, BeanShell, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, access review)
- Proven experience integrating IAM with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, AWS IAM, and databases
- Familiarity with SaaS-based IAM solutions and cloud identity ecosystems
- Knowledge of directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex identity issues and optimize workflows
- Documentation skills and adherence to secure development practices
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, AWS, and databases
- Troubleshoot identity lifecycle issues and improve provisioning/deprovisioning processes
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and application teams to ensure scalable, secure identity workflows
- Create technical documentation and maintain version control for solutions
