NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior Ground-up Construction Superintendent to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $90-$110K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of construction experience
- Experience with ground up
- Experience with a mix of interior build outs, renovations, etc.
- Willing to travel to certain out of state projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Site Day to Day
- Schedule Subcontractors / Owner Vendors
- Weekly Subcontractor Coordination Mtgs
- Daily Reporting &Photos
- Job Site Safety & Security
