NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an On-site, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $150,000–$180,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years of commercial preconstruction or estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, means, and materials
• Proficiency in estimating software and related technology (Timerbline, OST, Bluebeam, Sage, Agtek, iSqF, etc.)
• Experience leading design and budgeting efforts with clients and architects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead preconstruction activities from conceptual phase through GMP
• Manage budgets, estimates, schedules, and scope documents
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to align design with budget goals
• Conduct quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and value engineering
• Prepare and present project proposals and estimates to leadership and clients
• Oversee and support estimating staff development
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors for accurate sourcing and pricing
