NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction Luxury Finishes to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $150-$190K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of commercial construction management experience
- Proven track record managing ground-up hospitality or luxury mixed-use projects $70M+
- Expertise in high-end finishes, amenities, and envelope systems
- Strong leadership and client communication skills
- Experience overseeing large project teams and subcontractors
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination.
- Manage project team including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers
- Ensure contract compliance, quality control, and safety standards across all project phases.
- Foster client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and opportunities for repeat business.
- Collaborate with Preconstruction and Estimating teams on project pursuits and strategy.
- Mentor and develop project staff to achieve both professional and company goals.
