NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a SAP FICO Solutions Architect to join our client’s team in Loveland, Colorado. This is an Onsite (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $95,700 – $177,800 + Bonus (depending on experience) + great benefits package

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO module, with integration to SD, MM, and PP
• Proven experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger in MTO scenarios; FSCM knowledge is a bonus
• Understanding of RICEFWs and ability to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Experience with the Acquire to Retire process in SAP and its integration points from Record to Report
• Familiarity with coordinating AR & AP payment/collection automation solutions with banks (EBS processing)
• Experience working with OneSource is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment, managing multiple initiatives
• Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with team members
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Guide system integrators to ensure SAP Record to Report solutions meet business requirements and follow SAP best practices
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and specification writing within an S/4HANA environment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver SAP solutions that meet operational and financial objectives
• Own solution design and oversee development to ensure alignment with business needs
• Define and execute test plans, and validate solutions through testing and review processes
