NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Architect (Record to Report) to join our client’s team in Loveland, CO. This is an On-Site, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: SALARY: $180K + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Residency: MUST be able to travel between the USA and CAN
- Minimum 8 years of SAP functional solution design and delivery experience
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO and integration with SD, MM, and PP
- Hands-on experience with Product Costing (Material Ledger) and Project Systems (MTO scenarios)
- Strong understanding of Acquire to Retire processes and Record to Report integration points
- Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications (RICEFW)
- Experience coordinating with banks for AR/AP payment automation and EBS processing
- Experience working on OneSource preferred
- Proven ability to design complex SAP solutions supporting unique business processes
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Architect and design SAP solutions to meet business requirements
- Own solution design through implementation to ensure integrity and quality
- Work with system integrators to ensure solutions follow SAP best practices
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to define and deliver SAP solutions
- Determine optimal delivery approaches from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives
- Define functional requirements and document configuration rationale and specifications
- Validate development estimates and oversee solution delivery
- Define and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business intent
- Support escalated incidents and recommend appropriate resolution actions when required
