NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Sr. SAP Systems Analyst Configurator to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $120-130K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- SAP FI/CO configuration
- Financial focused SAP configurator.
- Techo/Functional person
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs all analyst tasks required across the Software Development Lifecycle, including eliciting and documenting requirements, designs, configuration, creation of master data, tests, implementation plans, data uploads, data analyses, incident reports, etc.
- Makes configuration and master data enhancements across the breadth of the SAP FICO module, for changes to Accounting and Finance operations, in a mature and sophisticated SAP installation where SD and MM/PP are also integrated and in use to varying degrees.
- Leads efforts to make enhancements to, or create new solutions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cost Center, COPA, and Tax solutions, working with developers in IT as well as business stakeholders.
- Project coordination, write requirements specifications, create process flows and data models, and perform testing, validation, and implementation plan.
- Participates in change-management processes, including documenting planned system changes for-the-record and explaining impacts to management, sometimes performing end-user training.
- Works in an Agile software-development environment (using KANBAN or Scrum), responsible for creating and grooming stories, estimating and committing to tasks that can be completed within a sprint, collaborating with other scrum teams as needed to complete end-to-end solution for the business.
- Participates in SAP software upgrade projects, including validation and remediation for support packs, implementation of OSS notes, and general version upgrades.
- Provides ongoing system support. Managing priority problem tickets and troubleshooting within project work. Support of budget, financial reporting, and audit needs.
- Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.
