NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Social Media Manager to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This is an hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $70-$85/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or lifestyle company, with proven growth results.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content, including Reels and Stories.
- Experience managing or launching a TikTok Shop is strongly preferred.
- Strong creative and video editing skills with a portfolio or examples of previous brand work.
- Energetic, fast-paced, and adaptable personality—comfortable operating in a fluid, start-up-like environment.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills; ability to capture a brand voice that’s fun, intentional, and inspiring.
- Open to flexible hours (not a strict 9–5).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create fun, engaging, and original content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to expand brand awareness.
- Manage and execute content strategy aligned with brand philosophy and annual campaign goals.
- Respond to followers, comments, and messages with authenticity and speed to build community engagement.
- Track performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Identify influencers or brand partners for collaborations to expand reach and impact.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure content aligns with company values of intentional living and life design.
- Operate with autonomy and creativity while maintaining accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
