NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Software Account Manager to join our client’s team. This is a fully remote, direct hire position.

SALARY: $60-65k (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years software account management experience
  • Experience cross-selling and up-selling to small-medium MSPs, TSPs, VARs
  • Experience managing a large number of accounts (150+)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota 
  • Sales methodology such as Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, Sandler
  • Salesforce or comparable CRM system
  • Soft skills:  strong time management and organization skills, ability to juggle a very large number of accounts, strong follow up skills, drive to be successful

RESPNSIBILITIES:

  • Management and support of a pre-defined list of accounts, catering specifically to growth partners
  • Heavy emphasis on outbound, proactive calling to cultivate additional business within the partner base
  • Working in collaboration with other sellers within to maximize account coverage and success of the business through a sell through approach
  • Maintain regular contact with several contacts at each Partner, learning more about Partner’s objectives, struggles and growth projections to increase product breadth
  • Must have an intimate understanding of the Partner’s organization, structure and processes of several teams
  • Must have vast product knowledge to qualify and partake in continuing education practices
  • Meet pre-determined sales objectives based on quota attainment and business activity
  • Continue to expand the knowledge and business acumen of MSPs
