NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Software Development Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Hybrid, Contract-to-Hire position.
SALARY: up to $75-$85/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years leading multiple IT projects through full SDLC
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Frameworks, RESTful Web Services, SOA, Angular, HTML/CSS, SQL, DB2/Oracle
• Experience defining complex application architecture and integrating multi-tiered systems
• Proven ability to lead offshore teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in an Agile environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and oversee multiple development teams in the US and India, ensuring effective performance and project delivery
• Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of software development projects aligning with business needs
• Define system architectures and guide the implementation of enterprise software solutions including microservices and data integrations
• Remove roadblocks and provide technical guidance to teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Conduct performance reviews, mentor team members, and foster career development
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and external partners to define project scope and timelines
• Maintain adherence to architectural standards, security practices, and development processes
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and operational improvements
