NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Sr. Application Developer to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Hybrid, Contract to Hire position.
SALARY: $30-$35/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of object-oriented programming experience in languages such as .NET and C#
• Experience developing web applications with server-side and client-side scripting languages
• 5+ years JavaScript and JQuery skills
• Proficiency with SQL Server and stored procedures
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
• Willingness to assist team members and participate in Scrum/sprints
• Interest in utilizing AI for QA and automation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and enhance web-based applications and reporting tools
• Design database schemas and write SQL stored procedures for new and existing projects
• Debug and maintain applications, ensuring functionality and performance
• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders
• Provide technical scope, estimates, and documentation for development tasks
• Lead small to medium projects, providing architectural guidance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, updating stakeholders on status
• Assist in testing systems and applications with web-enabled features
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver accordingly
