NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Sr. Core Systems Analyst to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $120k (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 10 years in systems support, management, or administration within a banking or credit union environment
- Experience with Jack Henry – Symitar
- Must be a problem solver. Not looking for someone who sits around waiting to be told what to do. Must be able to solve tough problems
- Must have experience sitting down with the business units and really understanding what they need
- Experience working in credit union with assets of at least $1 Billion
- Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment. This is not a slow paced role. There is an on call rotation but the calls are infrequent. Usually 1 a week, but sometimes there could be 3.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and optimize the Credit Union’s core systems (OpCon, Synapsys, Synergy, Image Center, ARCU, etc.) to ensure functionality, security, and alignment with business goals.
- Lead major system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal operational disruption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, integrations, and technical specifications.
- Manage system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate vendor support.
- Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and deliver clear communication across teams.
- Mentor junior staff and foster knowledge sharing to strengthen team capability.
