NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Sr. Director of Operations to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $170-200K + bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years professional experience in operations management and leadership- must have experience managing other managers/leaders
- Must have strong experience in the construction industry, specifically windows or doors OR have experience in another home improvement industry (kitchen remodels, flooring, etc
- Must have experience strong working for a company that does 1000 jobs per year or more.
- Identify operational issues that prevent organization from achieving goals and give coaching advice and hold team accountable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage 3 other operations managers
- Work and travel to different field offices to spend time in the field with each respective manager
- Help with creating new standard operating procedures for organization
- Utilize key metrics to determine correction operational action that needs to be taken
