NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an on-site, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of FP&A experience with strong accounting and finance fundamentals
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
• Experience with NetSuite ERP, Cube, Clarity, Shepherd, Ramp, or similar systems
• Construction industry experience preferred, especially in sewer, water, or government utilities
• Curious, analytical, and able to communicate insights effectively
• Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis for three divisions
• Partner with Sales and Operations to explain performance drivers and identify efficiencies
• Support system integrations and the adoption of AI-driven financial tools
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to promote operational improvements and scalability
