NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. This is a Hybrid, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: Up to $180,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 10-12 years of experience architecting complex enterprise solutions
• 5+ years specialized in MDM, with 2-3 full implementations (discovery to production) in organizations with 10,000+ employees
• Hands-on expertise with major MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Profisee, Reltio, Semarchy)
• Experience configuring MDM domains, matching rules, and survivorship logic
• Strong knowledge of MDM architecture patterns and data modeling, including entity-relationship design and hierarchical structures
• Expertise in data integration tools (ETL/ELT), APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), and messaging systems (Kafka, MQ)
• Excellent executive communication skills to present to C-suite, translate technical concepts into business value, and influence stakeholders across IT and business units
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct MDM discovery and design enterprise architecture for master data domains
• Lead platform evaluation and selection, including RFPs and proof-of-concept presentations to leadership
• Configure and implement MDM platform with focus on Location, Vehicle, and Customer domains
• Develop data quality frameworks, including matching algorithms, merging rules, and survivorship logic, ensuring high data quality standards
• Build integrations between MDM hub and critical enterprise systems using ETL/ELT tools, APIs, and messaging platforms
• Enable business data stewards, define data quality KPIs, and develop monitoring dashboards
• Create documentation including architecture specifications and technical guides
• Mentor IT teams and provide ongoing technical support and improvements
