NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our client’s team in San Jose, CA. This is an remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $85-$95K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally in performance marketing, higher education, insurance, or digital advertising.
- Proven ability to generate, negotiate, and close deals.
- Strong existing network within higher education (universities, agencies, and decision makers) and the ability to convert relationships into immediate impact.
- Confident public speaker and relationship builder; comfortable representing us at conferences and on stage.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend events, and close deals. (20%-30%)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive new business development by identifying and securing partnerships within higher education and emerging insurance markets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal close.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships that foster long-term strategic growth and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the brand at industry conferences and events, delivering thought leadership and building market visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Media, and Creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client retention.
- Share market insights to influence product innovation and expansion strategies.
- Develop and refine scalable business development processes to support sustained growth.
