NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our client’s team in San Jose, CA. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $85-$95k (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

7+ years business development / sales experience

Performance marketing, lead generation, or digital advertising sales
-
Heavy outbound prospecting (daily cold outreach)

Closing net-new logos (hunter mentality)
-
Selling into Higher Education institutions or agencies
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead conference speaking engagements and deliver compelling client-facing presentations

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and affiliate agreements

Prospect, engage, and close new Higher Education clients as the primary growth focus

Support secondary revenue growth initiatives within the Insurance vertical

Execute and maintain a high-volume, data-driven outbound sales cadence

Own and manage the full-cycle sales pipeline from prospecting through close

Build and nurture executive-level relationships with universities, agencies, and key stakeholders

Evaluate and launch joint ventures, affiliate programs, and revenue-share models

Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Media, and Creative teams to drive outcomes

Deliver market insights and contribute to scalable, repeatable sales and partnership processes
