NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an Superintendent, Landscape Contruction to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This is an hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $75k-$100/k +Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) in landscape construction, installation, or project management, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate landscape equipment.
- This position requires satisfactory completion of a DMV Motor Vehicle background check
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the project management team to plan and execute landscaping projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Review project scope, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and clear understanding of deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule and mobilize resources efficiently.
- Lead and mentor landscape crews, assigning tasks, setting expectations, and driving performance through guidance and feedback.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and deliver training to enhance crew skills and maintain a strong culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
- Oversee project documentation, communication, and reporting to ensure transparency and project success.
