NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $55-$75K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools.
- A “do-er” mentality—comfortable taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and operate with minimal supervision.
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellence in all areas of work.
