NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a System Admin – Martech to join our client’s team in Palm Harbor, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $70-$80K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing support or digital technology role.
- Proficient in troubleshooting email systems, social media tools, and cloud-based marketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to translate tech-talk into human-speak.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable — able to pivot between creative and technical tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management.
- Familiarity with compliance and data protection policies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical device setup and troubleshooting.
- Network and endpoint integration with Microsoft 365 services.
- Hands-on support for local users and hardware/software coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting franchise systems or multi-location businesses.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, or familiarity with CMS platforms (like WordPress).
- Experience with Zapier, integrations, or automation tools.
- Certifications in marketing platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
