NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client’s team in Longwood, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

SALARY: $90-$95K +bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full Cycle Recruiting Experience 
  • Corporate Recruiting Experience
  • Training and Development Experience (ideally building this out within an organization):
  • Strategic HR Partner
  • Bachelors degree in HR or Human Resources or equivalent experience 
  • Scrappy and willing to roll up sleeves to help organization now and in the long term.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS BUT NOT REQUIRED:
  • Construction Recruiting Experience 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. 
• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract potential candidates. 
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment efforts. 
• Determine current staffing needs by analyzing workforce requirements and organizational goals. 
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and priorities. 
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. 
• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract potential candidates. 
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment efforts. 
• Develop and manage the full-cycle recruiting process. 
• Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate candidate feedback. 
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process. 
• Create a seamless and positive experience for candidates. 
• Provide timely feedback, address inquiries, and manage expectations. 
• Uphold our commitment to fairness and transparency. 
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to support employee retention efforts. 
• Identify opportunities for career growth and development within the organization. 
• Use recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to evaluate effectiveness. 
• Continuously improve processes based on data insights
