NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an VP of Commercial Roofing to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $200-$250k + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven success leading multi-market commercial roofing or construction teams
- Experience managing departments with $30M–$100M+ in annual revenue
- Strong operational, P&L, and leadership background
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Gritty, decisive leader who holds teams accountable and inspires results
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, lead, and scale the commercial roofing department across multiple markets
- Oversee $30M–$100M+ in annual departmental revenue and operations
- Develop structure, process, and accountability frameworks for regional teams
- Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic growth and profitability
- Mentor and elevate team members to achieve consistent performance and professional excellence
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs
- Uphold company culture, quality standards, and execution excellence
