NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a VP of Customer Success to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.
SALARY: $150-230K + bonus (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in services in a Customer Success/Account Management capacity.
- 5+ years leading teams in customer success
- Experience building and scaling a customer success program from scratch.
- 3+ years of working in a SaaS software company
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com ChurnZero (nice to have)
- Advanced expertise in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate complex projects or datasets into meaningful analysis for all audiences
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Needs to be strong at developing talent
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help define and evolve global processes, materials and tool experiences to maximize efficiency and reduce customer effort
- Work with the leadership team to define, produce and deliver key business dashboards and metrics that measure customer experience, operational excellence and our contribution to ARR growth and mitigation of ARR Churn.
- Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. Deliver insights & recommendations to the business based on trends
- Drive conversations around technology and data strategy needed to support CS business.
- Be a cross functional ambassador within the company and with vendors on behalf of the Customer Success organization.
