NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an VP of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our client’s team in Manhattan, NY. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $228-$286K + Bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Consumer lending FP&A (credit economics, CAC/CLTV, provisioning, BNPL/lending/leasing) – most important
- 15 years experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Hypergrowth + hands-on FP&A build-out experience
- Corporate finance rigor (Big 4 or structured FP&A cycles/governance)
- SQL, NetSuite, Anaplan, Tableau/Looker
- Public company experience (SOX-lite, dual listing prep)
- Lending/credit risk modeling background
- AI/automation integration in finance
- Board presence/gravitas/ownership/well spoken
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead FP&A strategy, planning cycles, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Own exec/Board reporting + financial storytelling
- Partner with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Sales on unit economics + investments
- Drive AI/automation adoption in forecasting/reporting
- Build and mentor FP&A team; scale structure as business grows
- Act as proxy for US CFO when needed
